Upcoming July Events At The Library

July 21st, 1 pm–Movie Time, Ivanhoe Community Center. Join your friends and watch a movie on our “big screen”. You may bring a blanket to sit on, snacks and a drink in a covered container. Movie will be announced on our Facebook page. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible babysitter.

July 28th, 1:00-2:30 pm – Lego Club, Ivanhoe Community Center. Open to children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. To register please contact the library at Ivanhoemnlibrary@gmail.com or 507-694-1555.

July 29th, 9:30 am – Paul Bunyan “Noggin’, Legends and Lore”, Ivanhoe Community Center. Presented by David Ward of Homeward Bound Theater Productions, who will recreate characters from Paul’s era such as “Ole the Big Swede” and “Hot Biscuit Slim” the camp cook, and featuring giant recreations of some authentic Paul artifacts. This free, family friendly program has been funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible babysitter.
