Ivanhoe Public Library Foundation Endowment Fund
Did you know the Library has a Foundation, that allows donations to the library to become a long-term source of supplementary funding for the Library? Our foundation, Ivanhoe Public Library Foundation Fund, was established in 2015 with a generous donation from Mr. Norwood Sisson, in memory of the Family of Romine and Margaret Sisson, who were early pioneer settlers of Lincoln County MN. Currently our endowment funds are held with Southwest Initiative Foundation, a 501c3 organization located in Hutchinson, Mn. The foundation is set up with a designated and non-endowment trust that accepts contributions from individuals and corporations. Contributions to the fund are invested through Southwest Initiative Foundation and generate investment income used to support the current and future needs of the Ivanhoe Public Library. Currently the Governing Board of the Ivanhoe Public Library serves as trustees of the foundation meeting quarterly to conduct business. Contributions to the Ivanhoe Public Library Foundation Endowment Fund can be send to:
SWIF, 15 3rd Ave NW, Hutchinson, Mn 55350, or by calling 1-800-594-9480 or swifoundation.org
